ORDERING & PAYMENTS PROCESSING TIME
Please be aware of the information and make a perfect shopping plan for yourself if you would need your item to arrive on time for a specific occasion.
*Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.*
TO PLACE AN ORDER:
When an item catches your attention, simply click “Quick View” or on its name/photo to see its particular detail page.
Simply select the size on each product you wish to purchase and add to cart. When done, click on your shopping cart or go direct to the checkout.
Before checking out, please make sure that you have added the right items of your choice to the shopping cart and the right quantity of each item.
If you require any customization to certain items or needing your order to arrive on a specific date, kindly leave a note for us or contact us via info@atrluxury.com  for best support. You will be able to fill in your payment, billing and delivery details.
With Pre-order events, your order will be fulfilled after the events ended ( We will send a notification via email after we receive your order ).
When we received your order, please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order. Once your order has processed, we will update status of your order details via email about stock information and estimated date for shipping.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER!
Any minor changes, email us ASAP! We cannot amend address details once payment has been processed for security reasons - so ensure you give us all the correct details on the payment page.
However, in case your order has been dispatched, your request of changing the item(s) will not be approved. Otherwise, you have to wait until you receive your package and do the exchanging request.
CANCEL MY ORDER?
We always want to make sure your order will be delivered to you as quickly as possible, so all cancellation requests can't be made once your order's been confirmed! We will not entertain any reason for cancellation.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
Due to the nature of made-to-order items, and the fact they have been specially created for you, we can not accept returns unless the items are damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
PAYMENT:
Please note that after placing an order you will receive an automatic email confirming the order. However, this receipt does not constitute a contract, and ATR Global reserves the right to cancel any order for reason including, but not limited to, inability to authorize a credit card, insufficient stock, or suspicion of fraud.
